DaaS stands for Design as a Service. It’s a service provided by Neckog where we help design and prepare molds for polyurethane casting. You provide the 3D models, and we create the necessary mold designs for easy and efficient production.
1. *Submit Your Design*: Upload your 3D model file (STP, STEP, F3D) through our submission form.
2. *Review and Quote*: We review the design requirements and provide a quote based on complexity and specific needs.
3. *Design Process*: Our experienced designers create the mold design tailored to your specifications.
4. *Approval and Delivery*: Once the design is approved, we deliver the final files ready for 3D printing and casting.
We currently accept STP, STEP, and F3D file formats. If you have a different format, please contact us for assistance.
The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the design. Typically, it takes between 3 to 7 business days. We will provide an estimated timeline during the review phase.
Yes, we offer one round of revisions included in the initial quote. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
You can track your order through your dashboard. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with the details.
We do not offer refunds for our Design as a Service (DaaS).
We can accommodate custom design requests. Please provide detailed specifications and any reference materials during submission.
